It tastes mildly of lemon, and because the oil is exceptionally fresh (TOTOX 2.7 against a norm that allows 26) there is very little of the oxidation that causes the classic fishy taste. If they still object, stir the 5 ml into a smoothie, yoghurt or juice and the taste disappears completely.

From what age?

From 3 years. Children over 3 and adults take 5 ml daily; adults with greater needs may take 10 ml. Give it with a meal that contains other fats. For children under 3, ask your health visitor or doctor.

How long does one bottle last?
