Terms and Conditions for Norsk Pharma AS

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and subscriptions made on our website. By placing an order, you accept the terms as outlined below. We recommend that you read them carefully.
1. General
These terms apply to the sale of health supplements to consumers in Norway.

Buyer:
The individual who places the order (hereafter referred to as "you" or "the customer"). You must be at least 18 years old and have a residential address in Norway to make a purchase.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT).
- Shipping costs and any other additional charges will be specified before completing your order.
- Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed purchases will not be affected by subsequent changes.
3. Products and Restrictions
Health supplements have specific characteristics that make them unique:
- Products must be stored according to the recommended temperature and storage conditions.
- Opened products, or products where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Consumers are responsible for following the instructions for use and recommended dosage.
- We are not liable for side effects caused by incorrect use of the products or failure to follow the instructions.
4. Payment
We offer the following payment options:
- Card payment: Visa and Mastercard.
- Vipps: Quick and easy payment via mobile phone.
- Klarna: Option for installment payments or invoice.
Card information is processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store sensitive data.
5. Delivery
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
6. Returns, Right of Withdrawal, and Complaints
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days from the date you received the product.
- Exceptions: Products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing via email at post@norskpharma.no before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns:
- The product must be returned within 15 days after contacting us, in its original packaging and in proper condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Returns should be sent to:

Complaints:
If a product is defective or incorrect, you may file a complaint.
- Contact us in writing with a description of the issue.
- If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Subscriptions
We offer subscriptions for selected products:
Without Binding Period:
- The introductory price applies only to the first delivery.
- Subsequent deliveries are sent with given shipment intervals at the standard price.
With Binding Period:
- Fixed price during the binding period. After the binding period ends, the subscription will continue at the standard price.
- Termination before the end of the binding period will incur a breach fee equal to the full price of all received goods.
Administration:
- Subscriptions can be managed by contacting customer service at post@norskpharma.no.
Changes and Termination:
- Subscriptions without a binding period can be canceled within 14 days after the invoice date and at least 10 days before the next delivery. Late changes will require you to receive and pay for the next delivery.
- Subscriptions with a binding period can be changed or terminated after the binding period ends. Late changes will require you to receive and pay for the next delivery.
8. Communication
By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you via email, phone, or SMS with updates about your order, delivery, and relevant offers.
- You can opt out of marketing communications by contacting us.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR). The information is used solely to manage your customer relationship and improve our services. Read more in our privacy policy.
10. Damaged and Uncollected Packages
Damaged Packages:
- If you notice damage to the package upon receipt, report this to the carrier immediately and fill out a damage report. Also, contact us for further assistance.
Uncollected Packages:
- A fee of 350 NOK will be charged for uncollected packages. This covers administrative costs, including return shipping and handling.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All purchases are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the matter may be brought to the Norwegian Consumer Council or the Norwegian courts.
Jurisdiction: Oslo District Court.
For customers residing in the EU/EEA, complaints can also be submitted via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We will cooperate with relevant authorities to resolve disputes.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to our customers via email or our website.
